CURRY LOVERS VEGETABLE

1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tablespoon salt

1 red cabbage
Vegetable crudite's

Heat butter and oil in small saucepan or skillet. Add curry and paprika and stir over medium heat 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat, cool slightly and stir in lemon juice, mayonnaise, sour cream and salt. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve on a hollowed-out red cabbage with an assortment of vegetable crudite's.
