CURRY
LOVERS VEGETABLE

red cabbage Heat butter and oil in small saucepan or skillet. Add curry and paprika and stir over medium heat 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat, cool slightly and stir in lemon juice, mayonnaise, sour cream and salt. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
