Visual Art is almost all I know, professionally speaking that is. I feel fortunate that I have been able to work as an artist, as well as a teacher. I often looked at teachers in high school and junior high and walked away thinking, not for me. I tip my hat to those who teach at that level. College seemed to be my venue, and it has been a very fulfilling experience.

The land and all of nature is my love, so I have made it my muse. Other subjects occasionally make their way into my artistic oeuvre, but it is quickly brought back to the landscape for me. What more can I say? I love the land, and I hope to bring you to a place where you appreciate it more as well.

“. . . within these plantations of God, a decorum and sanctity reign. In the Woods (Wilderness) we return to reason and faith.” Walt Whitman
