  • While on safari in Kruger National Park, we encountered a bull elephant. Our guide cautioned us not to move or make a sound since it was headed straight for our vehicle. He said encountering a lone bull elephant when you are on a bush walk will have only 2 outcomes, a false charge or a charge to kill you by trampling. It does not matter if you climb a tree, the elephant will easily knock down the tree and then kill you. It was a heart pounding experience!
